The Origin Story

When I got eliminated for the fourth time, I looked for a mentor who understood pharma middle management. I found kind advice but no actionable frameworks—no life raft, just life philosophy.

I spent 20 years at Novartis navigating reorgs, leading launches, and building the skills to survive and advance in one of the most volatile industries in the world.
